AI professionals are currently one of the highest in demand skill sets. PwC reports that 73% of US companies are using AI in some aspect of their business and according to Information Week, only 12% of candidates have the AI skills necessary.

Because the technology is so new, it has been hard for companies to find and attract the AI and ML technology professionals. Simply put, not enough talent has upskilled to AI and ML nor have the university graduates increased their AI skills.

In starting our AI practice efforts two years ago, we decided to focus our efforts on finding the talent since it is the hardest thing to do right now in recruiting.
